This is our formula, what we call path of success.

1- Contact: Our patient coordinators or translator are going to contact you via phone call, whatsapp texts and/or emails. No Language Barrier and Direct Communication is very important to understand what patient wants. Case comprehension leads us to the second step

2- Consultation : Consultation, as we always say, shouldn’t only be a price reveal. We will provide you an official treatment plan from our clinic. This treatment plan will include everything (Doctor’s insights, your preferences, accommodation, transfer and transportation info, deposit amount and price breakdown)
3- Hotel & Transfers: We have 3 partner hotels & 1 partner transfer company. Thanks to our partner companies we can provide the greatest medical tourism service for our patients. From airport to hotel, we provide special ride with a special driver and Mercedes Vito. And for hotels, we provide our hotels information so you can choose that you liked most.
4- Doctor Meeting & Surgery: We do not rush things. When you arrive your first day will include only doctor meeting in her office. She is going to talk you again this time face-to-face. She will explain the procedure from head to toe. In addition to that she might want to do Body-Drawings to show how the procedure works. The next day your surgery room will be readied. Before your surgery the standard tests will be done such as Blood tests, lung ultrasound, covid test etc. If you’re still suitable with those stats, then the surgery starts.
5- Recovery: The operation has ended, but new challenge is managing the pain and giving you a good healthcare. Most of the medical providers let patients stay only for 1 night. However, we want to observe everything about our patients and we want them to stay 2 nights, if possible. During your stay nurses, hospital wards & doctors will informed about your situation. In addition to that, you will be given a Quick Help Translation Card that we have created. In this card there’ll 10 Most Asked Questions in English-Turkish. We believe it makes everything easier during nights!
6- Post-operative Communication: For good news or bad news we will be always open to your communication. We are going to inform you about the first 2 week, first month and second month time stamps. We would like to help you with your recovery stage. Please do not hesitate to ask us anything about it.
